Officials said that a murder-suicide that left two people dead occurred at the Dallas County Medical Examiner‘s office on Tuesday afternoon.
At a press conference, Dallas County Sheriff Marian Brown stated that no suspects were wanted. She did not specify which county employee was one of the deceased victims.
The judge of Dallas County, or top executive, Clay Jenkins, stated at the scene that the incident seemed to be a murder-suicide.

Officials stated that the attack is still under investigation and that the names of the deceased will not be made public until after contacting kin.
At 4:45 p.m., first responders responded to reports of a shooting at an office close to downtown Dallas, according to Sheriff’s Lt. Will Fritz. It is guarded by county marshals and sheriff’s deputies because it is a county facility examiner will handle the autopsies
