Tristan Thompson, after denying he’s the father of Kimberly Alexander’s 5-year-old he’s now moving forward with a libel lawsuit against the woman. She has finally been served.
From the court documents obtained by The Blast, Tristan hired a process server to track down Kimberly Alexander. With a job well done, the server was able to locate Kimberly at her home in North Hollywood and served her with Tristan’s lawsuit at the front door. Now that the lady has finally been served, the NBA star‘s trial can move forward.
Meanwhile, the lawsuit obtained by TMZ revealed Tristan saying that a paternity test he took in January 2020 “definitively concluded that [he] is not the father.” The lawsuit went further to state that Alexander violated the agreement of the party to keep the news of their DNA test a secret. However, after the test results came back, Kimberly posted the DNA result on her Instagram page.
The test which supposed to be confidential was posted by Alexander Kimberly on her Instagram page, accusing the lab that administered the paternity test of sabotage. “I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child,” she wrote in the caption.
Thompson is now seeking unspecified damages from Alexander in the suit.
