Houston rapper, Travis Scott, has purchased an ultra-modern mansion in Los Angeles’ affluent Brentwood neighborhood for $23.5 million. The compound that sizes 16,700-square-foot is featuring 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on three floors with sweeping 180-degree jetliner views spanning from downtown L.A to the Pacific Ocean.
Dirt.com reported that the architectural sanctuary previously hit the market last summer for $42 million before the price drastically dropped. The deal became one of the biggest in L.A.’s luxury real estate market of recent times as Travis paid the $23.5 million purchase price in cash.
On the other hand, the house comes with plenty of privacy because it is entirely not seen from the road and situated below street level and neighboring homes, owned by the likes of LeBron James and Petra Ecclestone. There is equally a lot of space for parking over a dozen cars as the Italian driveway slopes on the home’s roof, and again, there is space for 20 more vehicles in the basement’s auto gallery.
The mansion contains the following other amenities; two junior master suites, a 15-seat theater, gym, sauna, two elevators, and a wine cellar that holds up to 650 bottles.
Elsewhere in the compound is a substantial outdoor entertaining space with a kitchen, poolside cabana, alfresco dining decks, and a 75-foot infinity pool with a glass bottom that floats over the property’s game room, complete with a designer ping-pong table.
Currently, Travis Scott also owns a 9,680-square-foot mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood of L.A. The rapper purchased it together with his ex-girlfriend, Kylie Jenner for $13.45 million in 2018.
