U.S. convict Kodak Black reveals he was a victim of prison beating. According to Kodak, he was “badly beaten” by seven guards at USP Big Sandy, a high-security federal prison in Kentucky. The revelation which came through an Instagram post says the guards repeatedly hit him on the head with a metal object while he was handcuffed. He also revealed that one of the officers “flicked his genitals” and said to him, “You’re not so gangster now, you’re gonna need bigger balls to survive.”

Following the incident, Kodak’s legal team wants the Justice Department and the FBI to conduct thorough investigations. His lawyer, Bradford Cohen, meanwhile, has asked that Big Sandy preserve all video evidence of the incident, as he claimed there are recordings of witnesses accounting for what happened to Kodak Black.

“A 22-year-old man serving approx two years more for a non-violent crim is in a max pen. 1100 miles from his family and lawyers. This is a true injustice,” said Bradford Cohen. “Not to mention when he was under the influence of an unknown substance during the incident in Miami 2 weeks before his sentencing on the paperwork case.”

In October, while at FCI Miami, Kodak Black had allegedly grabbed a corrections officer’s testicles before he was sprayed with mace and then held back by corrections officers. The officer was rushed to the hospital to undergo surgery. An FBI agent testified that those who witnessed the scene reported that Kodak appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substances when the incident happened.

The rapper, in January, had further complained that prison officials were conspiring against him and that he had to endure inhumane conditions. “They are strategically killing me slowly in here. I have been humiliated over and over again,” Kodak wrote on his Instagram page. “I am highly disappointed in the way they have treated not only me but all the other inmates in this facility.”

Kodak Black is serving a 46-month jail term on weapons charges and is due to be released on August 14, 2022.
