Kanye West releases another bomb on Twitter. On Tuesday night, Ye released another series of alarming tweets, where the presidential hopeful claimed that he’s “been trying to get divorced” from his wife since she met with Meek Mill at a criminal justice reform summit in Los Angeles in November 2018.
“I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform,” before praising the Philly rapper for how he handled the situation. “Meek is my man and was respectful. That’s my dog Kim was out of line.”
West also said that the Kardashians were trying to have him committed to a mental hospital. “They tried to fly in with 2 doctors to 51/50 me,” West said, referring to the California law code for the involuntary psychiatric commitment of people who may be a danger to themselves due to signs of mental illness.
“Kriss and Kim put out a statement without my approval … that’s not what a wife should do White supremacy,” added Ye. “I will live for my children, Kris I’m in Cody if your not planning another one of your children’s playboy shoots.”
Recent tweets come just a day after he said the Kardashians were trying to “lock me up” and compared his life to the movie Get Out. However, the tweets have since been deleted.
Aldo, in the tweetstorm, Kanye said his favorite rapper Lil Baby won’t do a song with him and compared himself to Michael Jackson, who spoke out against former Sony executive Tommy Mottola before his death.
On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian addressed her husband’s struggle with bipolar disorder and its effect on their family. “As many of you know, Kanye has bi-polar disorder,” Kim wrote in her statement. “Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand. I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health. But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health.”
She then added, “I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure, and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions. He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder. Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words some times do not align with his intentions.”
Kim also asked the “media and public give us the compassion and empathy that is needed so that we can get through this.”
