Idaho Murder Suspect Bryan Kohberger Seen For The First Time Since His ArrestBefore his much-anticipated extradition hearing on Tuesday, Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger was seen for the first time since his arrest exiting a prisoner transport van outside the courthouse.

Kohberger, 28, was escorted by two law enforcement officers to the Monroe County Courthouse at around 10:45 a.m. He was dressed in a red jail jumpsuit and had his wrists bound in front of him.

As reporters grilled him with “Why did you do it?” questions, he maintained his expressionless demeanour.

The alleged mass murderer once turned to face the group of cameras and reporters with a menacing grimace.

At a hearing on January 3, 2023, Bryan Kohberger, 28, who is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, is not anticipated to object to extradition.

The PhD candidate from Washington State University was detained early on Friday after being accused of murdering Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, and Madison Mogen in the early hours of November 13 in a rental house off-campus.

Kohberger, a student at the WSU Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, was driven to the courthouse from the Monroe County Correctional Facility, which was roughly 7 miles away, in time for the extradition hearing at 3:30 p.m.

He will willingly travel to Moscow, Idaho, where he is charged with four charges of first-degree murder and one count of criminal burglary for the quadruple killing, according to his lawyer, Jason LaBar.

His two sisters and dad are anticipated to appear in court.
