Bryan Kohberger, an Idaho murder suspect, is currently incarcerated among 22 other persons who have been charged with crimes, some of whom are also facing serious charges.
At the Latah County Jail in Moscow, where Kohberger’s also landed, there are close to 20 convicts. Some of them are there for relatively small offences like petty theft and driving while prohibited, while others are there on very serious charges.
Micah James DeMoss, one of his fellow prisoners, is charged with rape in a case where the claimed victim is 16 or 17 years old and the alleged perpetrator is 3 years older. He is also accused of 8 counts of video voyeurism, 2 counts of child sexual exploitation material, and 8 counts of voyeurism.
Charged with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanour possession of drug paraphernalia, Brandi Lea Holland is also serving time in Latah County.
Jesse Allan Irby is currently incarcerated for DUI, unauthorized possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and domestic assault with traumatic harm.
Jesse Eugene Burnett is additionally charged with four counts of promoting, publishing, or producing child sexually exploitative material as well as indecent behaviour with a kid under the age of 16.
Kohberger, according to Latah County Sheriff Richard Skiles, will have a cell all to himself and will be treated equally with the other prisoners, adding that he can call his family from jail.
