Georgia Officials Seek Public's Help To Identify Dismembered Woman Found Last MonthA woman whose dismembered body was discovered in southeast Georgia last month has yet to be identified, and officials are asking the public for help in determining who she was.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said Thursday that forensic artists’ renderings of the woman, aged 20 to 50, who was most likely a homicide victim, were released.

On Dec. 2, the woman was discovered in the woods of a hunting club in Riceboro, Liberty County, about 100 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida.

“Additional remains were discovered within a three-mile radius on the hunting club property in Liberty County, as well as McIntosh County. Further testing has determined that the remains were placed in the area on or around November 27, 2022,” the bureau added.

The woman had no scars, marks, or tattoos. According to the agency, she had a single tooth implant in her upper right jaw.

The woman stood 5-10 feet tall, weighed 185 to 200 pounds, and had brown hair and eyes.
