It has been a weird 2020, and things are seemingly getting even worse for some people and companies.

Following the announcement that Chuck E. Cheese is on the brink of bankruptcy, rapper Boosie Badazz is in a mourning mood. On Friday, the Baton Rouge rapper took to Instagram to react to the sad news. “I just found out that Chuck E. Cheese going bankrupt,” Boosie, who was overcome with emotion, told his 9 million followers.

Badazz is yet to believe his ears as he is finding it difficult to accept the news. “020 fu**ed up, man. I ain’t never think Chuck E. would be gone. I ain’t never think Chuck E. Cheese would be gone. 2020 fu**ed up,” he said.

Boosie Badazz then says an emotional goodbye to Chuck E. Cheese while grieving over the popular restaurant chain and children’s party venue. “Chuck E. Cheese, man. The best pizza in the world. I gotta tell my little girl Chuck E. gone,” Boosie said.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Chuck E. Cheese has been shut down for months and may never reopen again. The brand’s parent company, CEC Entertainment Inc., meanwhile, is nearly in a debt of $1 billion and will have to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy unless it’s able to secure $200 million in loans, according to The Wall Street Journal.
