In her first statements to the media following his widely reported romance with co-anchor Amy Robach, T.J. Holmes‘ estranged wife — Marilee Fiebig stated she is “disappointed” in the “GMA3” host.
Stephanie Lehman, Marilee’s divorce lawyer, addressed us on her behalf and said, “During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter. To that end, T.J.’s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible.”
Because of all the PDA and outings, Stephanie makes it apparent that Marilee doesn’t approve of T.J. and Amy’s relationship.
She continues, “Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter. Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and looks forward to a new beginning in this new year.”

Lehman initially provided Daily Mail with the statement.
T.J.’s 12-year marriage to Marilee came to an end last week when, as we previously reported, he filed for divorce. According to reports, Amy is also divorcing her actor husband Andrew Shue.
Just one day before T.J. filed for divorce, Amy and T.J. were photographed enjoying a romantic holiday in Miami.
You may recall that the cohosts’ relationship, which they claimed to have ended, was revealed in late November while they were still wed. They were eventually removed from the air by ABC when executives decided to look into potential policy violations.
