Elon Musk Slams San Francisco For Probing Beds For Workers At Twitter HQ

Elon Musk is upset that the city of S.F. is investigating whether the new structure violates any codes because he allegedly converted Twitter‘s office space into sleeping quarters for staff who put in extra time.

Twitter’s CEO responded to a story published on Tuesday that S.F.’s department of building inspection will be looking into allegations that some areas of the company’s headquarters had been converted into temporary bedrooms.

According to Forbes, beds and other cosy additions were placed in a few Twitter office spaces. According to recent allegations, some staff may have been sleeping over due to the demanding nature of their work and the long hours under Musk’s new policies.

Elon, however, didn’t like the thought of S.F. cracking down; as a result, he wrote in response to a tweet about the news… “So city of SF attacks companies providing beds for tired employees instead of making sure kids are safe from fentanyl. Where are your priorities @LondonBreed!?”

He also included a story about a little child who overdosed after finding fentanyl on a playground. Fortunately, the child lived.

Whether the employee bedrooms exist was NOT addressed in Elon’s post.
