A black security officer from New Jersey has found himself in police custody for bearing illegal arms, despite having a gun license.
Roosevelt Twyne, 25, was captured during a traffic stop a month ago after Roselle Park Police blamed him for wrongfully conveying a gun and being in control of hollow-point shots. Twyne was at first halted for the tint on his windows, and he before long wound up in police authority.
According to Evan Nappen, the black man’s attorney, he (Twyne) was captured for the hollow-point ammo. He said that they at that point guaranteed he was moving his handgun illicitly and He had a license to convey a handgun.

Twyne appeared on “Fox and Friends” on Monday, where he narrated the incident. According to him, he was returning home from work when the policeman stopped him, on February 8. Twyne informed the police officer that he had a firearm on him. Despite informing the police officer of the firearm and showing credentials pertaining to his right to carry the firearm, he was still arrested.
Roselle Park Police tended to the occurrence in an announcement, saying a capture was made after it was resolved that Mr. Twyne was not consistent with the particulars of the law relating to the legal the transportation of his gun.
Twyne said his life has been overturned by the occurrence, including that he’s been put suspension busy working because of the pending charges. The New Jersey man and his legal counselor state they won’t surrender in getting the charges against him expelled.
