50 Cent may be voting Kanye West during the upcoming presidential election, but the billionaire mogul won’t be getting an endorsement from the rapper. In a recent interview with Billboard, the hip-hop mogul criticized his formal rival’s 2020 run for President of the United States.

“I’m contemplating running myself. I think I’m going to run to create a diversion for someone else,” 50 Cent said mockingly. “The new thing is to run to create a diversion and distract people. Would you run against someone who just gave you $2 million?”

It was reported recently that Kanye West’s Yeezy received at least $2 million through President Trump’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which reportedly helped the company save 160 jobs.

“Remember the last president called you a jackass,” 50 Cent said, referencing the time Barack Obama slammed Kanye West following his 2009 antics at the VMAs. “Maybe that’s why you embrace this one.”

In a recent interview with Forbes, Ye renounced his support for Trump, saying he was “taking the red hat off.” However, Cent doesn’t agree with that claim. “How could you keep it in this climate without creating a storm of shit for yourself?” he asked.

Yesterday, Chance the Rapper shared his support for Kanye in his presidency bid while criticizing Joe Biden. “And yall out here tryna convince me to vote for Biden. Smfh,” the Chicago rapper tweeted. “Yall trust Biden more than yall trust Ye.”

According to TMZ, Kanye West’s polling numbers are not looking good at the moment, with or without 50 Cent or Chance’s support. Consulting firm Redfield & Wilton Strategies conducted a poll last week, and Kanye received 2% of the vote out of 2,000 people that polled. Although, his numbers may be hurting Trump, who went from 40% to 39% when Kanye was factored into the race. Biden has stayed in the lead with 48% of the poll.
