Parents

Hans Erik Ødegaard, his father, was a professional midfielder and later coached youth teams. He played for Strømsgodset and Sandefjord.
Lene Cecilie Ødegaard, his mother, is known for being supportive and grounded.

Odegaard has three siblings:

Helene Spilling, a celebrated Norwegian ballroom dancer and winner of Skal vi Danse in 2021. She became Martin’s partner in mid‑2023 and they secretly married in November 2024 before holding a ceremony in June 2025.

Children

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on December 1, 2024. He was born a day after one of Martin’s penalty celebrations, and the news was shared joyfully via social media.
