Trey Songz Sued For Sexual Assault After Exposing Woman’s Breast At Pool Party

After showing a woman’s breast at a pool party outside a Connecticut casino, Trey Songz was accused of sexual assault.

The lady, who is suing under the alias Jane Doe, is reportedly suing Trey, his production firm, record executive Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records for the 2013 incident.

The woman wrote a demand letter to Trey last year, alleging that the rapper exposed her to the crowd at his “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” event by yanking her breast out of her bikini top without her permission and recording the incident.

According to the documents, the numerous defendants should have been aware of his “sexual proclivities” and are therefore accountable for failing to manage Trey throughout the occasion.

The woman’s lawyers assert that she suffered humiliation and long-lasting emotional suffering as a result. They also say that their client was unable to stop thinking about it and, a few months later, decided to leave her promising profession because of the embarrassment.

His 2021 Vegas sexual assault case, which was dismissed weeks before the demand letter was written, allegedly inspired Megan to seek redress, according to her attorneys’ letter from last year.

She let Trey and the others several weeks to react before pursuing legal action, and she is now requesting at least $10 million in damages.
