Husband of popular hip hop artiste Nicki Minaj, Kenneth Perry, has been arrested by U.S Marshals for failure to register himself as a sex offender in California. He appeared in court but has pleaded not guilty to the charge of failing to register as a sex offender in California.

Kenneth Perry was arrested by Beverly Hill police in November 2019 during a traffic stop. It was gathered that he moved from New York to Beverly Hill, where he was a registered sex offender. However, he has not registered as a sex offender in California as he should.
He was arrested and discharged on a $20,000 bond. The L.A. District D.A. charged him for neglecting to enroll as a sex offender. It shows up he despite everything did not register after that since, and now the feds are in working on this issue. He was arraigned in federal court for something very similar: neglecting to enlist.
Hitherto, Kenneth Perry was charged in 1995 for first-degree attempted rape, and served a 4-year term in New York state prison. He was eventually released and went on to register as a sex offender. If he ends up being convicted in a federal court for the charge, he could end up doing 10 years in prison.
