NFL’s Foster Moreau Reveals Cancer Diagnosis, Discovered On Visit With Saints

NFL free agent Foster Moreau has cancer, confirming on Wednesday that it was discovered during a routine checkup with New Orleans Saints team doctors earlier this month.

Moreau revealed on Twitter that he was in Louisiana meeting with New Orleans brass about perhaps coming on for the 2023 season… when Saints medical personnel found he had Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of disease that assaults the body’s immune system.

The former Las Vegas Raiders tight end described the revelation as “life-changing,” adding that he will have to take a break from football to fight the sickness.

The 25-year-old, on the other hand, vowed to defeat it, adding in a statement, “I’ll go kick this thing’s ass and get back to doing what I love!”

Moreau was a fourth-round choice in the 2019 NFL Draft who had just completed his rookie contract and appeared to be in line for a large salary in free agency.

Yet, he sounded positive in his social media post, informing all of his admirers that he has a large support group that will assist him on his road to recovery.

QUICK RECOVERY, CHAMP.
